01These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Egzon Pllana, the independent developer of Nestround, based in Kosovo (“Nestround”, “we”). By downloading or using the Nestround app or this website, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Nestround.

02What Nestround does

Nestround is a travel app built around where you stay. It shows things around you, keeps your stay details, helps you plan your days and gives you local help information.

Nestround is not a travel agent. It doesn’t search for, sell or book places to stay, tickets or activities. You add stays and tickets you have already booked elsewhere.

03AI and accuracy

Nestround is an AI-first app. AI suggests how to fill a day, reads tickets and sorts places, and Apple Translation translates phrases on your iPhone. These can make mistakes. In particular:

• Translations may be wrong or miss meaning.
• Addresses and walking times come from Apple Maps and can be out of date.
• Day plans are suggestions. Check times, tickets and opening hours yourself.
• Details read from tickets can be wrong. Fields marked “Check” need a second look.

Use your own judgement and confirm anything important with the place, the provider or local authorities. How it works lists where each kind of information comes from.

04Maps and other services

Maps, places, directions and weather come from Apple Maps and Apple Weather. Translations come from Apple Translation on your iPhone. You can open routes in Apple Maps or Google Maps.

These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and they are responsible for their content. We aren’t responsible for their availability or accuracy.

05Emergencies and safety

The Help tab shows emergency numbers, embassies and nearby pharmacies to help you find help faster. It is information only:

• Nestround is not an emergency service and can’t contact emergency services for you.
• Numbers and addresses can change. If a number doesn’t work, ask local people or officials.
• Nothing in Nestround is medical, legal or safety advice.

06Your content

You keep all rights to what you add: stays, plans, notes, tickets, photos and files. We don’t need a licence to it, because it stays on your device except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Only add information you have the right to use. Don’t add other people’s personal data without their permission.

07Using Nestround fairly

Please don’t:

• break the law or other people’s rights with Nestround
• copy, scrape or resell Nestround’s data or content
• try to break, reverse-engineer or overload the app or our services
• use Nestround to harm, track or harass anyone

08Price

Nestround is free to download and free to use. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

09App Store terms

You get Nestround through Apple’s App Store, so these points also apply:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for Nestround and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Nestround.
• If Nestround fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any. Apple has no other warranty obligation for Nestround.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about Nestround, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and consumer protection claims.
• If anyone claims that Nestround infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are responsible for dealing with it.
• You confirm that you are not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

10Our rights

The Nestround name, logo, design, illustrations and software belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under these terms and the App Store’s Usage Rules.

11No guarantees

We work hard to keep Nestround useful and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that its information will be complete, correct or current.

12Our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on information from AI or other services, such as a missed train, a closed shop or a mistranslation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the rights your local law gives you.

13Ending

You can stop using Nestround at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end access if you seriously break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as liability, survive.

14Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and the competent courts of Kosovo handle disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

15Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Nestround changes. We update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using Nestround after that, the new terms apply.
